From Jakarta / domestic Indonesia:

Fly into Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in Tanjung Pinang (main airport for Bintan) and then take a road transfer to the resort.

Guests arriving via ferry or airport should arrange transfer through the resort in advance for smoother arrival.
