• Check-in time: 3:00 pm • Check-out time: 11:00 am • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and upon request. • Late check-out from 11:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day. • Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day. • In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be charged. Reservation for subsequent nights will be released for resale. • In the event of a no show the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable. Reservation for subsequent nights will be released for resale.

• Infants and toddlers below 4 years of age who are sharing a room with their parents, who dine and stay in existing bedding (sofa beds) or a baby cot, stay free, including daily buffet breakfast, with our compliments. • Children between 4 to 12 years who are sharing a room with their parents and who sleep in existing bedding (sofa bed) can do so at a supplement rate of EUR 18 per night, subject to 13% Value • Added Tax and 0.5% Municipality fee. Rate also includes daily buffet breakfast at Ruen Romsai, the all day dining restaurant. Children of 4 to 12 years old will also enjoy a concession of 50% off menu prices at all restaurants, with the exception of the kid's menu. • Children over 12 years old who are sharing a room with their parents and who sleep in the room's existing bedding (sofa bed) can do so at a supplement rate of EUR 44 per night, subject to 13% Value Added Tax and 0.5% Municipality fee. Rate also includes daily buffet breakfast at Ruen Romsai, the all day dining restaurant of the resort. • Baby cots and extra beds may be reserved, subject to availability upon request.
