General Policy

Pets are not allowed.
Do not bring cooking equipment, fresh food, or strong-smelling items into the hotel.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Please bring a valid ID/passport (for adults) and a copy of birth certificate (for children) to check in and declare health at the hotel.

Child Policy

Infants and toddlers below 6 years old, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot is available with our compliments for infants below 4 years old (subject to availability).
Children aged 6 to 11 years may share existing bedding with their parents. A maximum of 1 child per room is allowed, with an additional charge of USD 15++ per child per night inclusive of breakfast.

Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12PM to 6PM will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out after 6PM will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
