  • Book 30 days in advance to claim a discount of 10% on room rates

  • Book 60 days in advance to claim a discount of 20% on room rates

 

General Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are quoted in Euro on a per room per night basis

  • Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax

  • In accordance with Moroccan Law, a Tourism and Residence Tax of 28 Moroccan Dirham (MAD) per person per night is applicable. This tax is not applicable to children below 10 years of age

  • Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

  • Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best

  • Available Rate of the day and late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

  • In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.

  • Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes

  • approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation

  • and guarantee policies

  • Reservations will be cancelled at the riad’s discretion without prior notice

  • should an invalid credit card be submitted

  • To fully guarantee your booking, a credit card authorization will be sent for your acknowledgement. It is mandatory that a signed copy is returned prior to arrival.

  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and/or gift certificates

 

Cancellation and Guarantee Policies

  • Full payment is required at time of booking
  • Non-refundable or cancellable.
  • In case of early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  • In case of a No-Show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
