Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out after 5:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.

What types of accommodations are available at Angsana Heritage Collection Marrakech Riads?

We offer a variety of rooms split between STUDIO, DELUXE rooms and suites, each designed with traditional Moroccan architecture and modern comforts.

Do the Riads have private pools?

Yes, we have the Riads Pools in Riad Si Said, Riad Blanc and Riad Firdaous, Riad Lydines as well but there are only plunge pools not swimming pools.

Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the riads.

Can I request extra beds/baby cots for children?

Yes, extra beds or baby cots for children can be arranged upon request in SUITES AND JR SUITES only. Please inform us in advance to ensure your room is prepared.

Are there any rooms suited for families?

Yes, our larger suites offer ample space and privacy, making them ideal for families. We have only the suite ambassador that can be adequate for family.

Is there 24-hour room service available?

Yes, we offer 24-hour in-room dining for your convenience.

Do the rooms have kitchen facilities?

All rooms are equipped with minibars and coffee/tea-making facilities. In-room dining options are also available.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

The minimum stay requirement may vary depending on the season or special offers.

Are pets allowed in the riads?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Angsana Heritage Collection Marrakech Riads.

Is babysitting service available?

Yes, babysitting services are available upon request with advance notice.

What is the Early Arrival/Late Departure Policy?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

What is the official Check-in/Check-out Time?

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 pm.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Please contact our reservations department to request an early check-in or late check-out.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Changes or cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to arrival during low and shoulder season and 14 days during high seasons, or a one-night charge may apply. In case of no-show, the total rate for the confirmed room nights will be charged.

Cancellation over NY & Xmas period is NON REFUINDABLE

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit may be required upon check-in.

I left something at the riad; can you help me find it?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you retrieve your belongings.

Terms & Conditions

In accordance with Moroccan Law, a Tourism and Residence Tax of 28 Moroccan Dirham (MAD) per person per night is applicable. This tax is not applicable to children below 12 years of age.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out after 5:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of early departure or no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid card be submitted.
No pets are allowed.
