Maison Tiskiwin is one of the oldest museums in Marrakech. The collection of North African cultural artefacts compiled by Dutchman Bert Flint is housed in a restored riad and takes you on a historical journey from Marrakech to Timbuktu. Each room showcases exhibits from different regions ranging from Morocco to the Sahel. They represent the art, culture, and crafts of North Africa. Among the exhibits are hand-knotted carpets, traditional clothing, jewellery, tools, elaborate plaitings and weapons, and a nomad tent set within the extensively restored riad.

Only a few steps from the Riad, Dar Si Said is one of Marrakech's most popular folklore museums. The exhibition is housed in an old palace and combines artisan craftwork and Islamic architecture. 

This spacious townhouse once belonged to the younger brother of the grand vizier Ba Ahmed. It was turned into a museum during the French protectorate in 1932 and renovated after.

The Majorelle Garden is a two-and-a-half acre botanical garden and artist's landscape garden in Marrakech. A villa within the gardens houses the Berber Museum and the recently opened Yves Saint Laurent Museum.
