Terms & Conditions
- This offer is open for bookings from now until December 31, 2024.
- This offer is valid for stays from now until December 31, 2024.
- This offer cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers or gift certificates
General Terms & Conditions:
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice if an invalid credit card is submitted.
- Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
- Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
Cancellation or Amendment :
- Any amendment (e.g. dates of travel, flights, name, number of guests) is not allowed after the booking confirmation.
- Our products are packaged deals, partial cancellations or changes are not permitted.

Please note that any changes to Hotel + Flight Package booking can only be made by Time Design’s dedicated Customer Service Team. Angsana Riads Collection reservation staff on property are unable to assist in the matter.
