Olive Oil Tasting Experience
Discover the world of Greek extra virgin olive oil through a guided tasting in a beautiful garden setting. Over one hour you will learn how olive oil is produced, what defines its quality and how to appreciate its different characteristics through professional tasting techniques. The experience is complemented by fresh artisan bread, local olives, sea salt and a selection of traditional Greek meze, accompanied by homemade lemonade or a herbal infusion.
Greek Cooking Class Experience
Join our chefs for a hands-on journey into the flavours of traditional Greek cuisine. Using seasonal ingredients, guests will prepare authentic favourites such as tzatziki, Greek village salad, fava and seasonal vegetables, alongside a traditional main course cooked over the fire. This 2-hour experience concludes around the table, where guests can enjoy the dishes they have prepared together, accompanied by a welcome drink, water and soft drinks.
For the complete experience, the Signature Garden Experience combines both the olive oil tasting and cooking class, followed by a relaxed lunch or dinner in the garden.
