- Once a booking has been made, please contact the hotel by phone/email/chat to arrange for the upgrade.
- Room/Villa availability is dynamic and latest availability will be shared at the time of date search or when ready to proceed with purchasing an upgrade.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
- The extra bed is restricted to one per room, includes buffet breakfast for a child, and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars ++
- Non-consumed service will not be reimbursed.
- Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 6:00 PM will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be canceled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% penalty charge.
