Children Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 6 years old, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot is available with our compliments for infants below 4 years old (subject to availability)
- Children aged 6 to 11 years may share existing bedding with their parents. A maximum of 1 child per room is allowed, with an additional charge of USD 15++ per child per night inclusive of breakfast, or USD 34++ per child per night inclusive of daily breakfast and an extra bed
Guarantee Policy
- Guarantee to Credit Card. Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification
- Proof of Vietnam residence and expatriate in Vietnam, ID card or Vietnam temporary residence card must be presented upon check-in
