Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

For Bookings from 1 July to 31 August

• Payment A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. The full stay deposit will be charged 7 days before arrival. The original credit card used at booking must be presented at check-in for verification.
• Cancellation Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost.
• Please note: Any add-on services selected during the booking process are not included in the payment schedule and will be charged separately at check-in.

For Bookings from 1 September to 30 June

• Payment A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. The full stay deposit will be charged upon arrival. The original credit card used at booking must be presented at check-in for verification.
• Cancellation Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.
• Please note: Any add-on services selected during the booking process are not included in the payment schedule and will be charged separately at check-in.

General Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in EURO (€) on a per room per night basis.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 10% service charge and residence tax and insurance of 1.50 EUR per person/per night.
• The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Centrale Lustica Bay by Angsana reserves the right to amend the rates, terms, and conditions stated above without prior notice.
