At Centrale Brasserie, our kitchen brings a relaxed, generous warmth to the table, drawing on Montenegrin flavours with the comfort of a classic brasserie.

The menu begins with small bites made for sharing, and starters that celebrate local produce and cured meats, before moving towards hearty pastas and favourites made for a long, unhurried lunch.

For the main event, we let the ingredient lead. Slow-braised, grilled or simply roasted, each dish is prepared with balance and care, so the quality of what is on the plate speaks for itself.
