Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Vietnam dong.
- Non-consumed services will not be reimbursed.
- Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax for stay period from now to December 31, 2026.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- No pets are allowed.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 6 years old, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding. A baby cot is available with our compliments for infants below 4 years old (subject to availability).
- Children aged 6 to 11 years may share existing bedding with their parents.
Extra bed Policy
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults. An additional fee of USD 69++ per bed per day will be applied, inclusive of breakfast.
- Extra child/adult during the booking process is not included in the room rate and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort
Guarantee Policy
The original credit card used during booking must be presented upon check-in for verification.
