Cancellation policy:
- 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made less than 01 hour before the tour/trip.
- A fee of 100% of the total price will be charged for a no-show
Option 2: Da Nang Airport Shuttle
Please be advised that the shuttle only running upon receiving the flight details 24 hours prior to arrival date. For any transfer request made within 24 hours prior to arrival, please directly contact our Hotel Front Desk via phone +84 2343 695 800.
This service is free and it is a sharing vehicle between the two hotels for Angsana Lang Co and Banyan Tree Lang Co guests

Small Note
- Please provide your flight details at least 24 hours prior to your arrival time
- Any requests within 24 hours prior to the arrival day will be subject to availability upon request.
- The supplement charge might occur for any last-minute request within 24 hours if the hotel car is not available and has to use the 3rd party transportation.
