Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.

Children under 4 years old are free breakfast and stay in existing bedding or baby cot with our complimentary. Baby cot is subject to availability.

Children from 12 years old are considered as adult, with an additional charge of VND 1,595,000++ per night including breakfast & an extra bed. Extra bed subject to room category.
