Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Prevailing Government Tax, 2% Resort Fees and 1% Provincial tax.
- Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is up to 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Early check-in from 1000 hours to 1400 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1600 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,800 nett. This is inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, 2 % Resort Fees and 1% Provincial Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
- Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
- No pets are allowed.
Deposit Policy
- For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Credit card guarantee is required. For hotels no requiring credit card guarantee, reservations will be kept until 4 pm only.
- For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Full payment is required upon reservations.
Cancellation Policy
- For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.
- For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
- For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided. This applies to stays between December 24th, 2025, and January 10th, 2026.
- For cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided. This applies to stays between February 19th, 2024, and February 29th, 2024. Also applies to stays between January 11th, 2025, and February 28th, 2026.
- For cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided. This applies to stays between March 1st, 2024, and April 10th, 2026. Also applies to stays between November 1st, 2024, and December 23rd, 2025.
- For cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided. This applies to stays between April 11th, 2024, and October 31st, 2026.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
Best Rate Guarantee
When you book your stay directly on our website, you’ll be guaranteed the best room rate. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we will match that rate and give an additional 20% off.
