Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND) subject to a 5% service charge and prevailing government tax for 2 guests on a per bedroom per night basis
• Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is up to 12noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Early check-in from 10am to 2pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• Late check-out from 12noon to 4pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the unconsumed night(s) shall be charged
• Reservations can be cancelled at the resort’s discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, invalid credit card or incorrect rate
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Please present the credit card used to make your reservation during check-in at the resort. If the credit card, with which the reservation was made, is not presented at the time of check-in, the resort may be required to charge again. Please note if you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the resort to arrange for third-party billing

Policy for Additional Guests

• A one-bedroom unit can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 3 children under 12, but the total number of guests must not exceed 4 per bedroom
• Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and will be subject to an adult surcharge
• The surcharge for a 3rd adult is VND 1,400,000 net per night, inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed upon request, subject to availability
• Children 4 – 11 years old sharing the existing bed with their parents will be charged VND 250,000 net per child per night, inclusive of breakfast
• Children under 4 years old can share the existing bed with their parents free of charge. A baby cot can be provided for children under 2 years old upon request, subject to availability
• Any additional children or adults selected during the booking process beyond the standard 2 guests per bedroom are not included in the room rate and will be charged upon check-in at the resort

Other Information

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent
• Present a valid ID/passport (for adults) and copy of birth certificate (for children) to check-in at the resort
• No pets are allowed
• Cooking equipment, fresh food, durian, or smelly fruit/food are not allowed in the resort
• No smoking on premises except designated areas. In case of violation, a fine of VND 5,000,000 net per time for refreshment will be imposed into the room account
• For international travelers, some ferry/boat services may require a valid passport upon boarding as per Vietnam law. To ensure a smooth arrival on our island, please ensure to bring both your valid passport and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) if you are a foreign resident in Vietnam. Local authorities may request to see these documents
