Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in VND on a per-room, per-night basis.
• Rates are subject to a 5% service charge and prevailing government tax.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm, and check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Early check-in between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate.
  • Late check-out between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate.
  • Late check-out after 4:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers under 4 years old, accompanying adults, can stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children from 4 to 11 years old, accompanying adults, can stay in existing bedding at a surcharge of VND 265,000 net per person per night including breakfast, and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu.
• Children from 12 years old and above are considered as adults and a surcharge of VND 1,565,000 net per person per night including extra bed and breakfast will apply. Extra bed is subject to availability.
• Extra children/adults selected during the booking process is not included in the room rate and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
