Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Non-consumed services will not be reimbursed.
- Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
- Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- No pets are allowed.
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter for Best Available Rate. Cancellation policies may vary per the terms and conditions of each offer.
Child Policy
- Children under 4 years old are free breakfast and stay in existing bedding or baby cot with our complimentary. Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children 4 - under 12 years old, can share the existing bedding. Maximum 1 child per room, with an additional charge of VND 308,000++ per night including breakfast.
- Children from 12 years old are considered as adult, with an additional charge of VND 1,595,000++ per night including breakfast & an extra bed. Extra bed subject to room category.
