Rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Non-consumed services will not be reimbursed.
Rate is exclusive of 5% Service Charge and 8% Government Tax.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
No pets are allowed.
Infants and toddlers below 4 years old with accompanying adults can dine and stay in existing beds or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
Children aged 4 to 11 years can share the existing beds with their parents, maximum of 1 child per room, with an additional charge of VND 275,000++ per night including breakfast. Children dine at 50% off regular menu prices except for Kids' Menu.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter for Best Available Rate. Cancellation policies can vary per the terms and conditions of each offer.
