·        Discount of 15% on F&B is not available on alcohol and tobacco products

·        Discount of 25% on Spa in only available on a la carte services

·        Access to non-motorised watersports in dependent on availability

·        Rates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

·        The resort credit is non-transferable and must be used during the stay.

·        Shuttle service to Patong is subject to availability and schedule.

 

General Terms and Conditions:

·        Rates are in Thai Baht (THB) and are based on stay per room/suite/villa per night

·        Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room/suite/villa per night basis

·        Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax

·        Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs

·        Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability

·        Late check out from 12:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of the room rate

·        Late check out after 18:00 hrs. will be charged 100% of the room rate

·        Room upgrade to the next available category ‘Laguna Grand Room’ will incur an additional cost of THB 500 nett per night  

·        In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable

·        For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy

·        Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies

·        Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted

·        Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,400 nett (THB 1,179.44+++) - Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax

·        No pets are allowed

 

Child Policy:

·        Infants and toddlers below 4 years can dine and stay in baby cots for free when accompanied by a paying adult. NOTE: Baby cots are subject to availability

·        Children 4 to 12 can stay for free using existing bedding complimentary when accompanied by paying adult

·        Children 12 years and under can dine for free when accompanied by paying adult

·        Guests can request a complimentary extra bed. Extra beds are subject to availability

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 1 day prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 100% of total accommodation value
