• The above offered catering rates and conditions are offered in conjunction with the accommodation block as specified in this proposal. Should the client decide to cancel or reduce the accommodation arrangements, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the offered rates accordingly.

• The day use of function rooms and event venues is guaranteed from 8:00 until 17:30 hrs.

• The evening use of function rooms and event venues is guaranteed from 18:30 hrs.

• The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of 17.7% applicable service charge and VAT

• Kindly note that no reservations have been made for your event at this stage
