Terms & Conditions
- This offer is open for booking period from 21 March until 30 September, 2022
- This offer is open for stays from 1 April until 23 December, 2022
- Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), on a per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 6% Service Tax, MYR3 and MYR10 prevailing government taxes, on a per room per night basis.
- Check-in time is from 1500 hours and check-out time is before 1200 hours.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged at 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day. From 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Original credit card used during booking must be presented at the time of check-in for verification.
- Note: All add-on services selected during the booking process is not included in the "Payment Details" and will be chargeable upon check-in at the Resort.
- Booking will be cancelled at the Resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
- Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking, as per our cancellation policies.
- Letter of authorisation and signatory are required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax.
- Extra person charge is MYR180 per person per night, subject to 6% Service Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
- No durian, mangosteen and dragon fruit can be consumed in the Resort.
- No pets are allowed in the Resort.
- No smoking/vaping is allowed in the Resort. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping will be charged a cleaning fee of MYR1,000 per night.
- Complimentary self-parking is available for in-house guest and on first come first served basis.
Child Policy
- Infants and toddlers aged 5 years and below, accompanied by parents/adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years, accompanied by parents/adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, excluding kid’s menu.
Tax Waiver Announcement
- Tourism Tax exemption is applicable till 31 December 2022.
- The Penang Local Government Fee exemption is applicable till 30 June 2022.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservation requires full prepayment. Cancellation made thereafter, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to 100% of confirmed accommodation charges.
- Rebooking is allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival.
- Rebooking could incur difference in rates based on the new dates selected.
