Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or no-show. (For stays from 1 April until 30 September).
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or no-show. (For stays from 1 October until 31 March).
- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival or 100% of confirmed accommodation charges apply thereafter. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified or no-show. (For stays during 24 December 2024 - 5 January 2025, 25 January - 1 February 2025 and 14 - 16 April 2025).
