To comply with Indian government and local police regulations, every adult guest must present a valid, original photo ID with a residential address upon arrival.

• For Indian Citizens: Aadhaar Card (masked or e-Aadhaar), Indian Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. Please note that a PAN Card is NOT accepted as it does not contain a residential address.
• For Foreign Nationals & OCI Holders: Your original, valid Foreign Passport and a valid Indian Visa, e-Visa printout, or OCI card. This is legally required to process the mandatory Form C report within 24 hours.
• For the Main Booker: The physical credit or debit card used to make the reservation, along with a booking confirmation voucher.
• For Children & Minors (Under 21): Please present a valid ID copy (such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate) to verify age and identity. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

The primary guest in whose name the reservation is made must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of check-in.

If the primary guest is under 21 years of age and is not accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult aged 21 or older, the resort will immediately refuse to hand over the room keys.

Our cancellation policy depends entirely on the type of rate, promotion or package you book:

• Best Available Rates (Standard Flexible Rates): You can enjoy Free Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of the first night's room charge plus applicable taxes.
• Promotional, Seasonal, & Advance Purchase Packages: These special offers often carry stricter terms, including non-refundable deposits or longer cancellation windows.
