* Check-in time: 3:00 pm .Check-out time: 12:00 noon. 
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-out between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
*  Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day. 
* In case of no-show or early departure, the full confirmed room rate for the entire stay will be charged. Extra breakfast is available at CNY 216 per person.

* Cancellations received at least three (3) days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation fee.
* Cancellations received within three (3) days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total room rate. 
* During peak periods—including Chinese New Year, Labour Day, National Day (all as per official national holidays), Summer Holiday (15 July – 15 August), and Ginkgo Season (10 November – 10 December)—cancellations received at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation fee.
