·Rates are quoted in China Yuan (CNY) on per room per night basis.

·Room Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 6% Value Added Tax (VAT).

·Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.

·Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to availability.

·Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

·Late check-out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

·Credit card information provided does not require a signature for bookings made online and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies. Letter of authorisation and signatory is required for bookings made via email, telephone or fax. Reservations will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

·Extra person charge with one breakfast is CNY500.00 per person per night, inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 6% VAT.

·No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

·Public Holidays and Golden Weeks (New Year, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, Labour Day Holiday, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Nation Day Holiday, Air show China (if applicable)): Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date, including no-show and early departure will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

·Normal date (excluding above Public Holidays and Golden Weeks): Cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival, including no-show will be subject to a 1-night charge, early departure will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.

·Promotion/Package rates: Non- cancellable & Non- refundable

Child Policy

·One child below 12 years old, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments without breakfast. A baby cot can be arranged for child below 2 years subject to availability.

·Child height below 1.2Meters could enjoy complimentary breakfast at our breakfast restaurant. Child height between 1.2Meters to 1.4Meters will entitle to have 50% discount on regular buffet breakfast prices, except for kid’s menu.
