Relax & Reward

1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.
2. Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Prevailing Government Tax, 2% Resort Fees and 1% Provincial tax.
3. Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and Check-out time is up to 12:00 hours.
4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
5. Early check-in from 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
6. Late check-out from 12:00 hours to 16:00 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
7. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
8. Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
9. Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
10. Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,400 net (THB 1,179.44+++) - Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, 2 % Resort Fees and 1% Provincial Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
11. Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
12. No pets are allowed.

Deposit Policy

1. For non-restricted rates (BAR)– Credit card guarantee is required. For hotels no requiring credit card guarantee, reservations will be kept until 4 pm only.
2. For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Full payment is required upon reservations.

Cancellation Policy

1. For non-restricted rates(BAR) – Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.

2. For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.

   
   Child Policy

3. Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.

4. Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
