A Workshop That Grew from a Simple Idea
The idea was straightforward. What if our visitors could take that used coconut shell, fill it with warm scented wax and create something beautiful to bring home?
The idea became the DIY Signature Scent Candle in Coconut Shell Workshop, a complimentary candle making workshop at Angsana Spa, open to everyone. No prior experience needed. No charge.
The shells are collected, cleaned and carried to Angsana Spa, where they are given a second life as handmade candle vessels. There is nothing performative about this. Just a simple act of reuse. You can hold the shell and know exactly where it came from.
The workshop runs from 26 - 28 March 2026. One the final evening - Saturday, 28 March - Earth Hour arrives. Spend your morning giving a coconut shell a second life and that evening, when the world goes dark, you light what you made.
