Azzurra’s Amore al Mare captures that mood with Valentine’s Beachfront Italian Dinner designed for two. Authentic Italian cooking, premium ingredients and live music that moves with the night.

Azzurra *Amore al Mare* comes down to 3 things that simply feel right on Valentine’s. It starts with the setting - true Italian dining right on Bang Tao Beach, close enough to hear the waves. Then the music, romantic live performances that add atmosphere without interrupting the conversation.  And finally, the food - a premium menu designed to feel special from start to finish, with each course thoughtfully paced and full of flavour that stays with you.

### Showcasing the Romance

Italian cooking has a quiet confidence - born from regional traditions, seasonal produce and techniques passed down through generations.

The Romance begins with the soft sparkle of Prosecco to set the tone as the sun eases down over Andaman Sea. Then the first chapter arrives. **Cupid’s Love**, a shared degustation of Mediterranean grilled octopus alongside beef carpaccio finished with saffron mayo, capers extra virgin olive oil and shaved Parmesan.

For main course, the journey follows your choice. **Passionate Pasta** brings seaside intensity with Squid Ink Tagliolini, Local Clams, Pinot Grigio white wine sauce, chili, cherry tomatoes, grilled tiger prawns and bottarga. **Amour Pasta** turns more indulgent with ricotta & truffle ravioli, Parmigiano cheese fondue and fresh-shaved Norcia black truffle.

Or take the bolder route with S**weet Heart Steak** - grilled Australian wagyu beef tenderloin topped with seared foie gras, sourdough crouton, and a wine–blueberry sauce.

Dessert closes in a sweeter mood with **Strawberry Kisses**: warm chocolate fondue, Chiang Mai strawberry skewers, and homemade whipped cream, meant to be shared slowly. And just when the night feels complete, a final Italian farewell arrives - **homemade limoncello** after dinner, bright and citrusy, the kind of finish that lets the moment linger a little longer.

Music shapes the mood, quietly and beautifully. Throughout the Amore al Mare Night, live music drifts in and out like the tide, never interrupting, always enhancing.

The evening opens with an opera performance, then eases into jazz favourites that feel timeless and intimate as dinner begins. Later, the romance lifts with another opera show, followed by a diva love song - before flowing into a modern jazz repertoire that keeps the atmosphere warm, stylish and unmistakably Valentine.
