The feast unfolds across 6 - live stations. A live Burrata Bar opens the journey, followed by the showstopping Signature Tonnarelli Carbonara prepared tableside in a Parmigiano cheese wheel and creamy Porcini e Tartufo Risotto crowned with black truffle.
The carving station presents a Whole Hog Spit-Fire Porchetta and Herb-Crusted Whole Roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, while nine wood-fired pizzas rotate from the oven all afternoon.
To close, Chef Hugo's special Easter Chocolate Delights, Nitro-Campari & Orange Sherbet and Signature Azzurra Tiramisu bring the sweetest ending to an afternoon by the sea.
