Aquarium at sea


Corfu Aquarium presented by the boat “Corfu Sea Discovery” brings the underwater world of the Mediterranean sea to light.  Take an amazing aquarium ride around and discover the Paleokastritsa picturesque seabed with the family and meet more than 50 fish species residing at the crystal clear waters, secret caves, viewed by the undersea specially designed windows displays. Octopus, kalamari, seabass and dolphins are regulars at the site.

Archaeological Museum & The Museum of Asian Arts


Stroll to Garitsa, down the coast off Corfu Town to visit the Archaeological Museum of Corfu, inaugurated in 1967, originally founded to host the findings of the ancient temple of Artemis in Kanoni.  The museum houses exhibits findings dating from the Prehistoric to the Hellenistic times, consisting bronze and marble statues, funeral offerings, ancient coins, clay pottery, golden jewelry, and parts of ancient temples. The impressive Gorgona-Medusa pediment from the temple of Artemis, dating from 585 BC is the highlight. This pediment was excavated in 1911 and it is considered the oldest stone pediment of an ancient Greek temple. If you rather stayed at Liston area with the kids, visit the Museum of Asian Arts, steps away, housed in the the Palace of Saint Michael and Saint George, the only one of its kind in Greece, solely dedicated to the art and antiquities of the Far East and India.  You will be amused by the colors and artistry, a wonderful journey of civilizations.

Casa Parlante - Dolls museum


A dolls museum wishes to welcome all visitors to His Count and Her Countess Residence, a living museum at the heart of Corfu town. A 19th  noble mansion with its unique architectural setting, showcases in a theatre of dolls, the everyday life of noble Corfiot’s back then. Through animated figures, using robotic technology, and the perfect reproduction of décor and furnishing, Casa Parlante promises to deliver you a true insight into the glorious past of Corfu society.  Kids will love to explore the dolls and all the family will sense the true local aura of recent traditions, depicting family life in an authentic experience of sights, sounds and smells. Pony riding at Korission Lake


Take a ride on a horse and share this moment with the family, ride a horse on the beach, on the mountain or take a lesson in one of Corfu's natural stables. A pony ride will be the best experience for your little ones. Not far away from  Angsana Corfu Resort, in the middle of the forests there lies a mystical Equine Centre, SIlvaland. Nature is everywhere, and you get the feeling you are entering a fairy tale.The centre is set in an estate of over 7 acres and has a 2000 sq.m. indoor arena, two outdoor arena’s, stables. There are all kinds of horses, including ponies and, more specifically, Skyrian ponies. The Skyrian pony was an endangered species and when Sylvia Steen, owner of Silvaland, got interested in this ancient breed of horses, there were only three pairs left in the world! Now, thirty years later, the population comprises about 50 ponies on Corfu, another 20 that are back on Skyros and another 20 in Scotland.  Kids and the family will be thrilled with the ambiance and the little Skyrian ponies, once in a lifetime experience.

Mavroudis Family Museum and Olive Oil press


Visit a traditional olive mill in Corfu and discover the secret Olive Tree variation that exists on Corfu island. Visit Mavroudis Museum Olive Mill, owned by Mavroudis, a family of olive producers who live in Corfu Greece .  The estate keeps over 2000 olive trees, in the southern area of Corfu .A large proportion of these groves are made up of the ” Lianolia Kerkyra “olive tree , a variety native to Corfu , some of which are over 700 years old . Other varieties that belong to the family include the Koroneiki, these olive trees have been planted more recently and produce an olive oil with an intense green colour , fruity grassy flavour and distinctive aroma , rich in precious organoleptic substances, vitamins and low acidity. Your family will enjoy tasting fresh olive oil with homemade bread and local delicacies, kids will love participating in the process of olive oil  press, learning an essential cycle of nature and health ingredient, olive oil.

Music Museum Nikolaos Matzaros visit


The Music Museum attempts to present in brief the history of the Philharmonic Society of Corfu through its almost two centuries of uninterrupted activity (a period marked by the some of the most dramatic moments in modern history) through the items on display therein.

The Museum also honors with its name the leading Corfiot composer Nikolaos Halikiopoulos Mantzaros (1795–1872), its first artistic director (1841–1872), composer - among others - of the Greek national anthem, brass composer and inspirer of a whole generation of composers who shaped the music of the Ionian Islands.

Organic Farm day visit - Bioporos Organic Farm


Spend a day at the Bioporos Organic Farm, an imposing olive grove of 70 acres at the Southwest part of Corfu island. In a unique location right next to Lagoon of Korission Lake, which is unspoiled as it is protected by Natura 2000,  families will find it an educational relaxing experience.
