All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Reservation will be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

Rates are based on single/double occupancy, per villa/night.
Rates are subjected to 10% Service charge and Maldivian Bed Tax of USD8 per person per night.
Return speedboat transfers chargable at USD99+ per person.
A non-refundable deposit of 2 nights accomodation must be made at the time of reservation (by credit card or bank wire).
Peak season ( 20 Dec to 10 Jan ) : Full non-refundable pre-payment required upon confirmation of reservation. Minimum of 7-10 consecutive nights stay required depending on demand. Rates are on Full-Board basis.
Rate does not include beverage and meals are to be taken at the restaurant.
Credit card information provided does not require signature and constitutes approval by cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
Early & Late Departure Fee: 100% of entire stay
No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
