General Terms and Conditions

Rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) on a per room per night basis.
Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 10% Government Tax and MAD 28.60 Tourism and Residence Tax per person per night. Tourism and Residence Tax is not applicable to children below 12 years of age.
Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1100 hours
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check out from 1100 hours to 1700 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out from 1700 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
To fully guarantee your booking, a credit card authorization form will be sent for your acknowledgement. It is mandatory to fill-in and return the signed copy prior to arrival stay date.
Extra person charge with breakfast is EUR 50.00 per person per night, inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
No pets are allowed.
