General Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) on a per room per night basis.
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 10% Government Tax and MAD 28.60 Tourism and Residence Tax per person per night. Tourism and Residence Tax is not applicable to children below 12 years of age.
- Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1100 hours
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Late check out from 1100 hours to 1700 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- Late check-out from 1700 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
- To fully guarantee your booking, a credit card authorization form will be sent for your acknowledgement. It is mandatory to fill-in and return the signed copy prior to arrival stay date.
- Extra person charge with breakfast is EUR 50.00 per person per night, inclusive of service charge and prevailing taxes.
- No pets are allowed.
- Cancellations made within 2 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay
