Angsana Velavaru Maldives is located in the pristine South Nilandhe (Dhaalu) Atoll.

We offer seamless transfers from Velana International Airport in Malé to our resort via a scenic seaplane journey, followed by a short 5-minute speedboat ride. We are situated approximately 144 km away from Velana International Airport (a 40-minute journey by seaplane, subject to weather conditions).

Seaplanes are operated by a third-party company and are designed for water take-off and landing.  Therefore, their flying times are restricted to daylight hours (between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm only) by the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority.

Please note that villa rates do not include transfers.

Charges for shared or private seaplane transfers are mandatory.

Guests are welcome to fly drones within the designated area. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, flights are limited to a maximum height of 30 feet, in consideration of regular seaplane activity. Drones may be registered upon arrival, and we kindly ask guests to inform reception before each flight to confirm ideal flying conditions.

We kindly ask guests to avoid dining in swimwear, wet clothes, bathrobes, sleeveless undershirts (for men), and overly casual short shorts.
