Mount Phousi
Wat Chom Si, a Buddhist temple at the summit of Mount Phousi, is a popular tourist destination. The summit can be accessed through two routes: Phousi Road (Thanon Ratsayong) and Sisavangvong Road (Thanon Phithosalat).
The roads zigzag until the Wat Tham Phu Si shrine, approximately half way up the hill. From a vantage point, capture panoramic views of the Khan River and Luang Prabang. To the north, flows the Mekong River. Get captivating views of Wat Mai Suwannaphumaham and Haw Kham, the Royal Palace Museum.
