History of the Site

Our boutique resort is located near Sweet Creek, Palm Cove. It finds a mention in the ‘Journals of Captain James Cook’, based on his voyage in 1770.

Giving Back

Join hands to preserve the Daintree rainforest. We grow 2,000 saplings every year as part of a sustainable reforestation programme.

Reserve a table for two under the stars at the beach! The menu takes a leaf out of Australian cuisine by using the freshest local produce, be it seafood, meats or vegetables.

Eat

Work up an appetite! Your entrées include local freshwater red claw, scallops, and ruby grapefruit and asparagus salad with ‘nam jin’ dressing. For the main course, select from eye fillet medallions with grilled local red claw yabby, sweet corn and oyster mushroom crêpe, bok choy, and rosella and black bean jus. Succumb to the seafood platter of Moreton Bay bugs and Gulf tiger prawn with green pea and kaffir lime risotto, and rocket and snow peas. Tease your sweet tooth with coconut and cherry spring rolls along with milk chocolate ganache, and white chocolate gelato.
