Biography

Ms Isabel Wang.  General Manager - Hangzhou, is responsible for overall two hotels entire operation and profitability for both Banyan Tree Hangzhou and Angsana Hangzhou.

Isabel has joined the Banyan Tree Group in May 2015. Prior to this, Isabel was General Manager with Accor Group at Novotel Wuhan in China.  With over 22 years working experience in hospitality hotel industry and 15 years Sales and Marketing background, she has worked with numerous hotels both in China and North America such as Radisson President Hotel & Suites Vancouver Canada, Holiday Inn Tian An Wuhan City Centre and Holiday Inn Urumqi China.

Isabel is a certified “Hotel Sales & Marketing Specialist" by American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in 2010 in Canada and certified as specialist and inspector of Provincial Hotels Star Rating Inspection in 2012 in Hubei Province in China.                                           

Isabel is Canadian-Chinese, likes spending her leisure time with her family and pet chinchilla, listening to foreign pop music, classical Chinese music and keeping abreast of current affairs.
