• This offer is valid for stays from 25 May until 31 October 2012 (Both dates inclusive)
• Minimum 2 consecutive nights’ stay is required
• This offer is applicable for all room categories except Presidential Suite and Residences.
• Rate does not include equipment rental and nominal caddy fee.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers and Gift Certificates
• Package inclusions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Package inclusions must be utilised only during stay period

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room/suite/villa per night basis.
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Check-in time is 1500 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable.
• For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 3,323.60 inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7%  Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
