Terms and Conditions
- Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 12 Noon
- Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax. Weekends refer to Fridays, Saturdays, as well as eves of public holidays and public holidays in Singapore.
- Promotion is valid for stays till 20 December 2008.
- Maximum of 3 complimentary nights per stay.
- Complimentary Breakfast for is only applicable for bookings with full non-refundable deposit provided upon reservation.
- Reservations are subject to Suite availability.
- Extra bed charge USD 38++ per night. One child under 12 years, stay free with parents sharing existing bed.
- Return coach transfers in Bintan USD 11 nett per person. Return private car transfers at USD 25 nett per car (max 3 person).
- Note in accordance with the banking regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, payment by credit card shall be denominated in Rupiah. The conversion to Rupiah shall be made at the time of payment at the selling rate advised by Bank Indonesia.
- No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made only 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- 'No-shows' and stays that are cut short will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
