• Rates are quoted in US Dollars. They are based on a per room/ suite per night basis.

• Golf and spa options cannot be accumulated and must be used during period of stay.
• All rates stated are for single/double occupancy except the Two Bedroom Suite and Angsana Suite, for which triple/ quadruple occupancy rates are quoted.
• To enjoy the spa discount, an advance spa reservation needs to be made when placing your room reservation (before arriving at the resort).
• Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 12 noon.

• Return land transfers between ferry terminal to the resort by private car (maximum 3 persons per vehicle): US$25 per car.
• Return land transfers between ferry terminal to the resort by air-conditioned coach: US$11 nett per adult and US$6 nett per child.
• Extra bed per night is chargeable at US$38++ (without breakfast).
• Additional person for breakfast at the Lotus Cafe is chargeable at US$14++ per adult / US$10++ per child (below 12 years of age).

• General: Cancellations made only 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 'No-shows' and stays that are cut short will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
