Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in EURO per room/suite per night (single/double occupancy). • Rates are subject to 10% service charge & 10% govt tax. • In accordance with Moroccan Law, a Tourism & Residence tax of 28.60 Moroccan Dirham (MAD) per guest per night is applicable (Not applicable to infants and children below 12 years old). • Check-in and Check-out times: from 1400 hrs and before 1100 hrs respectively (Late checkout will be accorded to guests at the discretion of the hotel and where available. However late checkout can be booked in advance until 6pm at 50% of the nightly room rate. . After this time a full night’s room rate applies. If late checkout is requested directly by the guest while on property rack rates apply). • Child Policy: Infant (below the age of 2) utilizing a cot will be provided free of charge. Child under 12 years of age sharing a room with parents and using existing bedding will stay free of charge. Additional children sharing a room or suite with parents (if capacity allows) will be charged at the extra person rate. • If not inclusive, airport transfer is chargeable at EUR35 plus tax 10% and service charge at 10% per car per way. • All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card. • Rates are subject to change. • No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cannot be modified and cancellations will be charged as follows: • Cancellation made before 48 hours are not charged. • Cancellations made within 48 hours to arrival date, no-shows and early departures will be charged at 100% cancellation fee on full stay and package price.
