- Guests who are taking an Underwater Wedding ceremony must be licensed divers
- Wedding ceremonies held in Maldives are symbolic in nature and not legally binding
- Upon reservation, no cancellations are allowed as all arrangements are pre-organized
- Full payments (non-refundable) required upon reservation
- Any cancellations/short-stays/no-shows/amendments are subject to full 100% charges
