- All rates displayed are in Australian Dollars.
- Airport transfers are provided by coach operators selected by the resort.
- Reservations are subject to room availability.
- Rainforest day trip is subject to availability. It may be substituted by an alternative tour at resort's discretion.
- The day tour component of your package is subject to availablility at the time of booking your accommodation package. Should your confirmed day tour be cancelled on the day of your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, a credit will be placed on your account for this tour and every effort will be made to source an alternate tour of equal value.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Child below the age of 12 years will be complimentary (using existing bedding). Extra bed request will be complimentary and subject to availability. This request is not applicable for Superior Room.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made under 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged a one night accommodation cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made under 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. 'No-shows' and stays that are cut short will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
